Do I need to make an appointment to come in and try dresses on? Can I walk in?
Yes, bridal appointments are required so we can give each bride the time, space, and personalized attention she deserves. Finding a wedding dress is a personal and exciting experience, and we want to ensure you have the dedicated support to enjoy every moment.
Unlike typical retail shopping, this process involves one-on-one guidance, trying on multiple styles, and access to fitting rooms and sample inventory, all of which are carefully scheduled.
Because our boutique has limited space and dedicated consultants for each bride, we’re unable to accommodate walk-ins without disrupting other appointments. Booking in advance ensures a private, relaxed experience with a consultant focused entirely on you rather than a rushed or crowded visit.
Our full schedule is available online, making it easy to book a time that works best for you. In short, appointments allow us to provide a more thoughtful, organized, and enjoyable experience while respecting space limitations and other brides’ reserved time.
Do you run multiple appointments at once?
Saturdays are our busiest days, and we often welcome multiple brides during the same time slot. Each bride receives a private fitting area and personalized attention from a dedicated stylist, so you’ll still enjoy a special and focused experience.
If you prefer a quieter, more intimate environment, we recommend booking a weekday appointment when the store is more peaceful and relaxed.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
We will do everything we can to help you feel confident in your purchase, but once an order is placed we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the bridal and formal gown industry. All sales are final.
Do you buy dresses or do any consignment?
Unfortunately, we do not purchase dresses or offer consignment.
Do you rent dresses?
We do not offer wedding dress rentals. We are a purchase only store. Our gowns start at about $1500 and go up to about $5000, with most priced between $1,800 and $2,800.
How quickly can I get a dress if I order through your website?
Full production for our designers typically takes 18–22 weeks if a gown or item is not in stock. However, both the designers and our shop keep some dresses and accessories in stock. If an item is available, it can be delivered in as little as two weeks. For faster options, you can browse our Quick Delivery and In Stock selections.
What is a Sample Sale?
A sample gown is a dress used for in-store try-ons. Sample sale dresses are sold as is and are discounted to account for any needed alterations, repairs, or cleaning. They are usually available in limited sizes.
